Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation to crush a material by providing a material loading port on the top of a crusher body with a discharge port formed on the front end part and pushing the material to be cut by the rotation of a screw blabe arranged opposite to the lower end opening part of the material loading aperture. SOLUTION: A material loading port 5 is opened in the upper face part of a front case for a crusher body 2 and a cylindrical guide part 6 is installed above the material loading port 5. Further, the lower end part of the cylindrical guide part 6 is fixed to the peripheral part of the material loading port 5. In addition, a rotary shaft is housed, in a freely rotatable manner, across a stretch from the inside of the front case to the inside of the rear case of the crusher body 2. Besides, a screw blade 3 is fitted into the front half part of the rotary shaft and then is driven to rotate by a motor. Under this state, a long-size building material waste A is loaded from the cylindrical guide part 6 and is pushed to be cut by the screw blabe 3 arranged opposite to the lower end opening part of the material loading port 5 and further, is crushed to be delivered from a discharge port 4.
