To provide a crusher by which loaded products such as bottles, and cans are reliably pulverized by rotary wheels bearing crushing teeth without being sprung out, and a collecting apparatus provided with the crusher.

A crusher 20 having a throwing inlet 6 and a discharge outlet 46 is installed in the inside of a box body 5 of a collecting apparatus 1. A downward tapered chamber 25 is formed by a row of rotary wheels 24 and a receiving plate 23 in the inside of the crusher 20. The row of the rotary wheels 24 are constituted of eccentric rotary crushing wheels 32 and concentric rotary crushing wheels 31 reciprocally arranged so as to rotate in the same direction and products are reliably transported downward by the swinging movement of the eccentric rotary crushing wheels 32 at the time of eccentric rotation. The crushed cans and glass debris of pulverized bottles are separated by sorting chutes and collected in respective storing containers 9-11.
