Abstract:
To reduce the problem of breakage or the like of a machine which may be caused by continuing such a state where an amount of material to be crushed stored in a crusher is smaller than a prescribed level for a long term.SOLUTION: A crusher 1 includes a crushing mechanism 10; a feeding mechanism 40 for feeding a material to be crushed to the crushing mechanism 10; a detection device 20 for detecting a height of the material to be crushed stored in the crushing mechanism 10; and a control device 30 for executing at least one of stopping the operation of the feeding mechanism 40 and issuing a warning when a state where the height falls below a lower limit threshold value continues for a reference time or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
