Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To crush solid inexpensively in such a manner as to obtain a particle size distribution suitable for preparing a slurry having a high fluidity and a high concentration and prepare a solid/liquid slurry having a high fluidity and concentration.
SOLUTION: This crusher device comprises a stationary member 2, a rotary member 3 opposite to the stationary member 2 and capable of being rotated about a rotation shaft 4, rotary teeth 5 formed on the rotary member 3 and disposed concentrically about the rotation shaft 4 and stationary teeth 6 formed on the stationary member 2 and disposed concentrically about the rotation shaft 4 so as to be engaged with the stationary teeth 5 with slight spaces. Matters to be crushed, which are held between the rotary member 3 and the stationary member 2, are moved by rotation of the rotary member 3 in circumferential and radial directions and in directions to the rotation shaft vertical to these directions so as to be crushed at the time of movement and conversion of direction.
