Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher for exclusive use of timber for largely enhancing a crushing efficiency by cutting a plurality of timbers, transporting the cut timbers by holding, crushing the timbers, discretely separating their fibers, and then supplying them to a comminuting machine.
SOLUTION: A timber comminuting machine 31 cuts, shears, and comminutes timber 34 introduced from a hopper 31a by inner rotary cutter to fine cutting tailings and discharges the tailings. The discharged tailings 33 are used in an environmental recycling system for naturally fermenting the tailings 33 to compost. A pressure cutter for forcibly cutting the timber is mounted at ends of crushing arms 2a, 2b over a lengthwise direction. The pressure cutter is driven by a hydraulic cylinder to open and close the arms 2a, 2b, thereby crushing the overall width region and forcibly cutting it. The timber 34 is crushed, and its fibrous material is discretely separated to small pieces 34a, and, the pieces 34a are supplied to the machine 31, thereby enhancing the comminuting efficiency.
