Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher for industrial waste, in which water content of crushed pieces is reduced, a fire is prevented from occurring in the crusher, and dust-explosion induced by electrostaticity is prevented.
SOLUTION: This crusher is provided with crushing equipment 1, pneumatic separators 37, 39, and a sprinkler 17. The crushing equipment 1 crushes refrigerators or industrial waste including a refrigerator. The pneumatic separators 37, 39 select light-weight materials from crushed pieces produced by the crushing equipment 1. The sprinkler 17 sprinkles water intermittently to the crushing part of the crushing equipment 1 in order to lower temperature of metal pieces crushed in the crushing part and prevent combustibles from catching fire. A spray nozzle 18 is placed on the upper part in the crushing equipment in order to increase humidity in the inside of the crushing equipment to prevent electrification and dust-explosion from occurring.
