To prevent the seizing of a cylinder piston and the damage or the like of a hydraulic cylinder when bending force is produced in the direction vertical to the axial direction of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder at the time of on-off operation of an arm in a crusher.
The crusher 10 is equipped with a frame 11, a pair of the arms 12 and 13 supported in a freely revolvable manner on the frame 11 and holding a crushing target to crush the same, the hydraulic cylinder of which the piston rod is arranged in an axially vertical direction with respect to the on-off direction 14 of the pair of the arms 12 and 13 and a link mechanism 30 for opening and closing the arms 12 and 13 by the operation of the hydraulic cylinder. The piston rod is attached to the frame 11 by the pin 23 piercing the side surface of the piston rod so as to be revolvable around the pin 23 and the outer cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder and the arms 12 and 13 are connected by the link mechanism 30.
