Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher capable of performing a series of crushing steps from coarse crushing to fine crushing in a small site area and at an inexpensive facility cost.SOLUTION: In a crusher,: a roll crusher 3 is attached to the upper part 21 of a casing 2; an impact crusher 4 is attached to the lower part 22 of the casing 2; a tabular immobile tooth 51 is attached to the lower part of the first rotors 31, 31 in the casing 2; a primarily crushed crushing object is secondarily crushed between the crushing teeth 32 of the first rotors 31, 31; the rotation of the first rotors 31, 31 is stopped when the foreign matter 6 of a metal and the like is caught between the crushing teeth 32 of the first rotors 31, 31 and the immobile tooth 51 and the immobile tooth 51 moves downward to be separated from the first rotors 31, 31; and as a result, the foreign matter 6 is discharged from a foreign matter discharge port 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
