PURPOSE: To efficiently carry out 3 kinds of works on the crush, i.e., in a big size crushing and in a small size crushing of an object such as in ferro-concrete case and on cutting of a steel rod, etc., with one device.

CONSTITUTION: With tusk parts 8a, 8b of a stationary jaw 1 and a beak part 15 of a movable jaw 3, the crushing in a big size is performed so as to break off the crushing object and, consequently, with the crushing teeth 17a, 17b of the movable jaw 3, the block crushed in a large size is crushed in a small size. Besides, each of the crushing faces 6, 16 of the stationary jaw 1 and the movable jaw 3 are formed flat, thus when both jaws are further engaged, the crushed piece can be made further smaller at the flat parts. Since the edges 20, 13 for metal cutting use are present nearly in the center in the width direction of both jaws, the stress generating on the rotary shaft 4 by cutting is dispersed and the rotary shaft does not generate the clattering.
