Abstract:
To provide a crushing blade for a shear crusher which can suitably avoid occurrence of addition of heat stress to an insertion hole and heat strain in the insertion hole when performing reproduction processing by overlay welding on a worn part of a blade tip.SOLUTION: A crushing blade is so configured as to be capable of being divided into a midship part 4 which is formed into a disk-like shape, on an outer peripheral part of which plural blade tips 2 are formed, at a center part of which an insertion hole 3 for insertion of a rotary shaft is formed, and which includes a peripheral part of the insertion hole 3, and an outside part 5 including an outer peripheral part on which the blade tip 2 is formed. The midship part 4 is formed into a frustum shape, and a fitting hole 8, in which the midship part 4 can be fitted with no gap, is formed at a center part of the outside part 5. An outer peripheral surface of the midship part 4 is formed from a metallic material having a hardness different from a hardness of an inner peripheral surface of the fitting hole 8 of the outside part 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
