To make a device compact, prevent the temperatures rise of a lubricant and prolong the life of a hydraulic motor and a cutter by connecting respectively independent hydraulic motors directly to crushing rolls, and providing a device for introducing water into the crushing roll and a hole through which the introduced water is discharged.
A crushing roll 10 has plural cutters 14 installed on the outer periphery, and one of the ends of the roll 10 is connected to the rotating part 12a of a hydraulic motor 12 and a shaft 10a of the other end is supported by a bearing 15. In addition, the hydraulic motor 12 incorporates a reduction gear device 12b in the rotating part 12a, and has a water feed path 20 for feeding water 22 supplied from an outer piping 18 through a rotary joint 19 to the interior of the crushing roll 10, provided in the shaft 12b on the opposite side. Further, a hole 21 for draining the water 22 supplied to the interior of the crushing roll 16 is provided on the outer periphery of the crushing roll 10. Thus, it is possible to introduce the water 22 into the crushing roll 10, and absorb the heat generated by the reduction gear device 12b in the rotating part 12a with the water 22 which in turn, carries the heat when drained to the outside from the hole 21.
