Abstract:

SOLUTION: A water absorbent (water glass G) addition nozzle 75, a solidifier (cement H) addition nozzle 4, a rotary blade 60 for stirring and mixing water glass G and cement H with a dehydrating cake E together and crushing and granulating the dehydrating cake E to generate a granular body F, and a scraper 62 for guiding the dehydrating cake E scraped up in a rotating drum 64 to the rotary blade 60 are provided within the rotating drum 46.
