PURPOSE: To enable arbitrary plastics, composite materials containing plastic or natural organic polymer to crush using a roll by keeping shearing speed in a specified range between the clearance of roller rotating to the same or opposite direction and filling plastics or natural organic polymer having a density over a specified value.
CONSTITUTION: A shearing speed in the clearance of roller is kept in 0.0001-100000 sec-1, preferably in 100-20000 sec-1. A plastic material to be filled is used for a density of 0.5 kg/m2. Rolling clearance is less than 1 mm and its generating heat is preferably removed by cooling. The thickness of rolling plastic material is under 10 cm and rolling is carried out several times through the rolling clearance. As a crushing material, all plastics, natural organic materials, these mixtures, and mixtures or combined materials of these materials and non-plastic materials such as wood, glass, metals, and others can be listed. Powder obtained from this rolling is suitable for a starting material for recycling.
