Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a crushing plant-car traveling on roads with a trailer on which a crusher for crushing and reusing lumpy materials such as concrete and asphalt and a crushing plant such as a vibrating screen are mounted.
CONSTITUTION: A crushing plant-car can travel on roads in general and is provided with a carrier conveyor 10 and a return conveyor 14 constituted expansibly and moving up and down and connecting a crusher 6 set in the vicinity of rear wheels 3 and a vibrating screen 7 set on the front section. Impact force, vibration and the like generated in the crushing operation can be cushion absorbed by the air cushion primarily available for a trailer 2 and the use of leaf springs during the operation of the crusher 6 to reduce the generation of noises to a large extent. The car, therefore, can be operated at a site where lumpy materials such as concrete and asphalt are produced, and granular materials can be recycled as a aubstitute for gravel and the like at the site.
