Abstract:

To provide a crushing plant and a construction method thereof capable of easily installing various equipments which constitutes the crushing plant (feeder, crusher, feeding conveyor, separator, returning conveyor and discharging unit) and shortening the construction period.

Various equipments consisting of a supplying hopper 10, a vibration feeder 11, a 3-axis roll crusher 20, a transporting conveyor 30, a vibrating screen 40, a return conveyor 50 and a product conveyor 60, are provided on a common rack 2 which constitutes the crushing plant 1. A foundation is constructed on the ground, the common rack 2 is arranged on the foundation after prescribed adjusting works, and the various equipments are arranged on the common rack 2 which constitutes the construction method of the crushing plant 1.
