Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the implementation of a changeable method, efficient crushing, and especially efficient cement production at low capital and maintenance costs.
SOLUTION: In a crushing/drying plant equipped with a roller grind crusher 2, and in a cement production plant which is equipped with a furnace fan 5 and a fan 7 downstream from a filter 8 and preferably actuates in combination with clinker combustion treatment, a crusher fan 10 is connected as an additional fan upstream from the roller grind crusher 2. In this way, the resistance of the blade ring of the crusher 2 can be conquered, and a pressure zero point can be arranged in the crusher 2 so that a low negative pressure exists above a blade ring 11 in a crushing/sorting chamber and in the filter 8.
