A control panel 3 is provide with a display 7. Sensors are each separately provided at positions where monitoring of the operation of instruments is required. A control part 20 capable of treating signals from the sensors is provided. The control part 20 is provided with a transfer means to enable transfer from a diagnosis mode S103 to a manager mode S104 and is constituted so that the operation status of an instrument to be confirmed can be displayed on the display 7 after the selection of a sensor monitor S111. Therefore, it becomes possible for a maintenance operator to easily determine the sensor operation of an instrument to be confirmed. Furthermore, since the apparatus is designed so as not to allow general users to display such operation status through their routine operation, they can treat the apparatus without being puzzled with unexpected information.
