Abstract:
To provide a cryogenic drying air production device capable of surely producing cryogenic air with high accuracy.
The cryogenic drying air production device 10 includes a primary refrigerating cycle 11, a secondary refrigerating cycle 21 connected with the primary refrigerating cycle 11, and a cooling air supply line 31 connected with the secondary refrigerating cycle 21. The cooling air supply line 31 has a pressurized-air supply source 32, a dehumidifying unit 33 and an air volume adjusting unit 34. The pressurized air from which moisture content is removed by the dehumidifying device 33 is cooled by a second heat exchanger 24 of the secondary refrigerating cycle 21, thus the cryogenic pressurized air is obtained.
