Abstract:
To provide a cryogenic fluid circulation type cooling system and a cryogenic fluid circulation type cooling method which have high cooling efficiency, high expansion turbine efficiency and a low number of locations causing pressure losses.SOLUTION: In a first auxiliary heat exchanger 3a, a temperature of cryogenic refrigerant gas discharged from a first expansion turbine 6a is increased with refrigerant gas which has undergone heat exchange in a second auxiliary heat exchanger 3b. Also, in the first auxiliary heat exchanger 3a, cooling liquid flowing in a second circulation passage L2A is cooled with the refrigerant gas discharged from the first expansion turbine 6a and the refrigerant gas with the temperature thereof increased through the heat exchange in the second auxiliary heat exchanger 3b. In the second auxiliary heat exchanger 3b, the heat exchange is performed between the cooling liquid which has undergone the heat exchange in the first auxiliary heat exchanger 3a and the refrigerant gas discharged from a second expansion turbine 6b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
