Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature liquefied gas vaporizer capable of vaporizing low-temperature liquefied gas in a stable state in a small-sized facility.SOLUTION: A low-temperature liquefied gas vaporizer for vaporizing low-temperature liquefied gas is provided with a segmentation device 15 that has a plurality of pores with a diameter of 0.01-100 μm, e.g. 100 to 1,000,000 pores per 1 mm, at one end part of a vaporization pipe 12, the vaporization pipe having one end including a low-temperature liquefied gas introduction part 13 and the other end including a vaporized gas lead-out part 14, and comprising a pipe body. The segmentation device is preferably a sintered metal filter, and its shape is preferably a hollow conical shape whose low-temperature liquefied gas introduction side is expanded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
