Abstract:
To provide a cryostat with a superconducting element which has a lower manufacturing cost and is capable of inducing an optimized levitation force, especially for its size, when the superconducting element interacts with a magnetic induction field.SOLUTION: A cryostat (28) intended to be incorporated into a magnetic levitation transport system includes at least one superconducting element (36) and a jacket (34), and each superconducting element (36) is arranged in the jacket. The cryostat is suitable for keeping each superconducting element (36) at the desired temperature, and the jacket (34) extends along the longitudinal axis (X). The length of each superconducting element (36) along the longitudinal axis (X) ranges from 30% to 100% of the length of the jacket (34), and each superconducting element is a bulk element made of a superconducting body material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
