To provide an encryption transmission device, an encryption reception device, and an encryption communication system, using shared information that changes in time series.SOLUTION: The encryption transmission device includes: an external world information acquisition unit for acquiring external world information, which is external world information that changes in time series; a message text information acquisition unit for acquiring message text information to be encrypted; a specifying unit for generating external world information specifying information for specifying the external world information used to encrypt the message text information; a search unit for generating a partial message by dividing the message text information, setting information that matches the partial message in the external world information specified by the external world information specifying information as partial external world information, setting positional information at the beginning of the partial external world information in the external world information as partial positional information, and setting an information amount of the partial external world information as a partial information amount; and an output unit for transmitting cryptographic information including the partial positional information, the partial information amount, and the external world information specifying information to a cryptographic receiving device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
