Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device that can reduce fluctuation in oscillatory frequency of a crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal device comprises: a substrate 110; electrode pads 111 arranged on the substrate 110; first salients 112 arranged on the pair of electrode pads 111; a second salient 113 extending from one end of the first salient 112; a third salient 114 extending from the other end of the first salient 112; and a crystal element 120 arranged on the substrate 110, and having a crystal blank 121, excitation electrodes 122 arranged on upper and lower surfaces of the crystal blank 121, and a pair of extraction electrodes 123 arranged on the lower surface of the crystal blank. One of the extraction electrodes 123 comes into contact with one of the first salients 112, one of the second salients 113 and one of the third salients 114. The other one of the pair of extraction 123 comes into contact with the other one of the first salients 112, the other one of the second salients 113, and the other one of the third salients 114.
