Terminal sections 41, 52 of input output electrodes 4, 5 provided to a vibration section 3 of a blank 1 are extracted to the left and right and formed on a frame 2 of the blank and a terminal section of an earth electrode 6 of a rear side is extracted down ward and formed on the frame section of the blank. Since lead terminals of the electrodes 4, 5, 6 are formed separately and a direct wave propagated on the blank frame and causing a noise is reduced more than the case with extracting all of the lead terminals of the electrodes 4, 5, 6 downward in a conventional filter, the out-band attenuation is increased.
