Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely excite main vibration of a C mode by suppressing a jump of a frequency.
CONSTITUTION: A twice rotation crystal oscillator of an SC cut which is cut out of the surface formed by rotating the face being orthogonal to the Y axis of a crystal of quartz about 33 centering around the X axis, and also, rotating its face about 22° centering around the Z axis from this rotated position is obtained. When thickness of a crystal piece 11 is denoted as (t), convex working is performed to only of the surface and the reverse side plate surfaces, and a radius of curvature of the convex working concerned is denoted as R, 90.9<R/t<727.3 is set.
