PURPOSE: To ensure a highly efficient application of a hybrid IC substrate, by have constituting to a contact between the electrodes of two chip capacitors which are packaged on the hybrid IC substrate and the corresponding electrodes of a crystal oscillator and supporting a crystal oscillator with a capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: The electrodes 2 of a crystal oscillator 1 are connected to the electrodes 9 and 10 of chip capacitors 7 and 8 attached to a hybrid IC substrate 5 directly with a conductive adhesive or by means of soldering, etc. In such a way, the oscillator 1 is adhered to the chip capacitor on the hybrid IC substrate, and a crystal oscillating circuit is formed with the hybrid IC substrate. In such a way, a crystal oscillator having high efficiency of connection is obtained. Such an oscillator of stored hermetically into a case with high stability.
