To provide a crystal system solar cell having a bus-bar-less structure excellent in adhesion and connection reliability, a crystal system solar cell module using the crystal system solar cell, and a method of manufacturing the crystal system solar cell module.
In a crystal system solar cell module, a tab line 3 and a finger electrode 12 of a crystal system solar cell 2 are electrically connected through a conductive adhesive 17. The crystal system solar cell 2 has a bus-bar-less structure in which no bus bar electrode is included. The number of the finger electrodes 12 in length direction of the tab line 3 in a connection region in which the crystal system solar cell 2 and the tab line 3 are connected by the conductive adhesive 17, is less than the number of the finger electrodes 12 in the length direction of the tab line 3 in a non-connection region in which the crystal system solar cell 2 and the tab line 3 are not connected by the conductive adhesive 17.
