Abstract:
To provide a raw material having transparency, containing a phosphor material showing sharp emission in a wavelength region of deep red color by visible light excitation.SOLUTION: Crystallized glass contains a component group having a predetermined composition, in the oxide terms, of Li2O, Na2O, K2O, ZnO, MgO, CaO, GeO2, SiO2, Al2O3, ZrO2, P2O5 and Ga2O3, the molar ratio (X) represented by a predetermined expression of 0.075 or larger and 0.310 or smaller, the molar ratio (Y) represented by the predetermined expression of 0.034 or larger and 0.170 or smaller and containing a predetermined amount of manganese, in which the crystallized glass has a Mn4+ doped Li2Ge4O9 crystal and/or a LiNaGe4O9 crystal, and has light transmittance of wavelength 700 nm at a thickness 10 mm of 60% or larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
