PURPOSE: To configure the device so that the head part can be moved except the time of photographing the head part, and also, a straight head part tomography image can be obtained by fixing a head part holding tool being oscillatable to the left and the right to an arbitrary oscillating position, photographing the head part of a body to be examined which is inclined, and thereafter, correcting straightly a reconfigured inclined tomography image.

CONSTITUTION: On the end part of a bed 1, a semicircular head rest 3 is provided, and on its lower part, a fixing part 5 for fixing it is provided projectingly. Subsequently, on the lower part of the bed 1 side of the head rest 3, a rail 7 curved to the upper part is fixed and provided, and the rail 7 is fitted into a guide groove 9 of a curved shape, so that the head rest 3 can be oscillated centering around a point O. In such a way, a body to be examined can move freely the head part except the time of photographing the head part. At the time of photographing the head part, a head part holding tool is fixed to an arbitrary oscillating position by the fixing part 5. In such a state, in order to correct an inclined tomography image, a CT value of the head rest 3 in retrieved extending from an (a) point of the center lower end to the upper part, and from a (b) point, the external shape is retrieved stepwise until the tip of a (c) point is detected, this retrieval is executed with the left and the right, and by rotating the tomography image so that a straight line for connected both the tips which are detected becomes horizontal, a straight head part tomography image is obtained.
