Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Al-Mn-based bar material and a sheet material exhibiting stable and good super elasticity property, an earthquake-proof member using the same and an earthquake-proof structure using the earthquake-proof member.SOLUTION: There are provided a bar material consisting of a Cu-Al-Mn-based alloy, having super elastic property and having a re-crystal structure practically consisting of β single phase, where an area with particle diameter of each crystal particle of a radius of the bar or more on a longer direction cross section of the bar material is 90% or more of the longer direction cross section on optional position, an average crystal particle diameter of crystal particles with the particle diameter of the radius of the bar or more is 80% or more of a diameter of the bar, and a diameter of the bar is 8 to 50 mm, and a sheet material, an earthquake-proof member using the same and an earthquake-proof structure using the earthquake-proof member.SELECTED DRAWING: None
