The controller part 1 performs the display of the state of at least the generating devices, such as an engine 41Z, a generator 42Z and the like, an output voltage, current, frequency and the like, stopping operation, maintenance operation and the like and controls the charging into a battery from a starting power supply for an engine 41Z and a power supply for a controller. The power unit 2 has a power switching device, a shielder, which protects an external draw-out terminal stage and circuits and the like.
