Title:
CUFF FOR SPHYGMOMANOMETER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3747917
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff for sphygmomanometer which can maintain the original shape even in an expanded or contracted state without changing the width even when a fluid bag is expanded and without laterally expanding the bag at the expansion time.
SOLUTION: A air bag 10 contained in the cuff has a first air chamber 1 formed in a substantially rectangular shape as seen in plane and disposed at the outside, and a second air chamber 2 having a substantially rectangular shape as seen in plane and disposed at the inside. The opposed surfaces of the first and second chambers 1 and 2 have a connecting part to be connected in narrower regions than regions as seen in plane (a part in which a piece 16 is fixed to a boundary between a coupling part 15 and a piece 17, and a part in which a piece 18 is fixed to a boundary between the coupling part 15 and a piece 19) and has a hole 20 of communicating with the chambers 1 and 2 in the region surrounded by the coupling parts.
