Abstract:
To obtain a cultured product having easy handleability and high preservability and useful as a plant cultivation material by culturing a photosynthetic bacterial strain using a solid medium composed of a solid medium component and water at a specific ratio.
The objective cultured product can be produced by culturing a photosynthetic bacterial strain of the genus Rodospirillum, Rhodobacter, Rhodokocus, Rhodopseudomonas, Rodomicrobium, Rodocyclus, Rhodopila, etc., on a solid medium composed of 15-65wt.% of a solid medium component containing ≥5wt.% of an organic substance such as a solid cereal component, corn steep liquor, molasses, black strap molasses and organic compost and 35-85wt.% of water.
