Abstract:

To provide a culture vessel that can be more cost-effective than conventional ones through efficient use of a sensor.SOLUTION: A culture vessel 5 comprises an inner bottom surface 5a into which a culture medium is placed, an outer bottom surface 5b composed of the opposite side of the inner bottom surface 5a, a through hole 11 in the inner bottom surface 5a, and a sensor mounting portion 5aa. The sensor mounting portion 5aa is provided with a sensor portion 10 and attached to the through hole 11. The sensor portion 10 includes a measurement electrode 6 for measuring a culture, a reagent layer 8a provided over the measurement electrode 6, and a protective film 8b provided to cover the measurement electrode 6 and the reagent layer 8a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
