Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture vessel, a culture apparatus, and a culture method, which are capable of forming a tubular blood vessel-like structure angiogenesis using cultured cells to allow angiogenesis to be sufficiently evaluated.SOLUTION: A culture vessel according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a first cell, a second cell, and a third cell. The first cell is able to contain a culture solution. The second cell is able to contain the culture solution. The third cell comprises a first partition adjacent to the first cell, a second partition wall adjacent to the second cell, and a first pore portion, the third cell being capable of connecting the first cell and the second cell and allowing a cell scaffold material to be filled in the flow passage. The first pore portion includes at least a pair of pores formed so as to respectively face the first partition wall and the second partition wall and communicate with the first cell and the second cell, the first partition wall being configured to define a flow path of the culture solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
