PURPOSE: To obtain a reagent capable of reducing misdiagnosis, by carrying out culture of a reagent and a block solution after coating of a reagent, etc., to each well of a module plate in a transporting process of microplate in a given temperature atmosphere.
CONSTITUTION: Formation of solid phase of reagent is carried out by a partial feeder 30 for reagent, a culture device 31 for reagent, cleaner 32 for reagent, a partial feeder 33 for block solution, a culture device 34 for block solution, a cleaner 35 for block solution and a dryer 36. The culture devices 31 and 34 have an elevation units 41 of magazine feed side and elevation units 42 of magazine discharge side at the sides of stand units. In the insides of both the elevation units, conveyor units 43 and 44 for dropping and lifting a microplate, a loader and an unloader units 45 and 46 are set and each transportation passageway of a carrier unit 47 is kept in a given temperature atmosphere by a forced hot air circulation and ventilation method by a heater unit 48. Each unit is regulated by a control unit 49.
