Abstract:
To reutilize a used culture medium daily rejected in a large amount in the harvesting period as a culture medium for artificially cultivating Pleurotus eryngii and more increase the yield of the Pleurotus eryngii.
This culture medium for cultivating the Pleurotus eryngii is obtained by pulverizing a used culture medium after carrying out the cultivation of mushrooms by adding required nutriments and water to a culture medium substrate, providing a used culture medium, mixing the resultant used culture medium with an unused culture medium substrate such as a large sawdust or a corncob and mixing the resultant mixture with required nutriments and other additives.
