Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture vessel enabling the location of culturing objects and microscopic observation of living microorganisms with high magnification and sensibility to be specified and conducted, respectively.
SOLUTION: In a culture vessel 11 made up of a vessel body 12 for holding culturing objects such as cells and a lid 31 for covering the body 12, the body 12 has in its bottom 15 a tabular glass part 17 to which culturing objects are to be stuck. The glass part 17 has on either surface of its front and back a grid coordinate 19 enabling the position of a desired portion of the culturing objects to be specified.
