Abstract:
To provide a cultured periosteum package which has an excellent carriable property and excellent preservability, and to provide a method for preparing the same.
This method for preparing the cultured periosteum package comprises (a) a step for preparing the first container 1 having a cup-like portion and then putting a picked periosteum on the inner bottom side of the cup-like portion, (b) a step for continuously or periodically exchanging a culture medium without releasing the periosteum and simultaneously culturing the periosteum, and then (c) a step for sealing the first container 1 in a state filling a preserving liquid in the cup-like portion.
