This culvert block 10 comprises: a block body 1 into which a road boundary block 20 is to be fitted; a fitting recess 2 which is provided in the almost central part of the top surface 11 of the block body 1 over a direction parallel to the direction of the elongation of the block 20, and into which the block 20 is to be fitted; an inflow hole 3 which is provided in the almost central part of the fitting recess 2 over the direction parallel to the direction of the elongation of the block 20; and a hollow part 4 which communicates with the inflow hole 3, into which road surface water 60 flows from the inflow hole 3, and which is provided over the direction parallel to the direction of the elongation of the block 20.
