A culvert 1 with a wing includes a box culvert 2 and a wing 3 fixed to a side near an opening end of the box culvert 2. For the box culvert 2, a plurality of reinforcing bars 10 for wing connection projected in a loop shape within a roughly horizontal plane are disposed in the vertical direction at the side near the opening end. For the wing 3, a plurality of reinforcing bars 12 for culvert connection projected in the loop shape within a roughly horizontal plane are disposed in the vertical direction matched with positions of the reinforcing bars 10 for wing connection. The reinforcing bars 10 for wing connection and the reinforcing bars 12 for culvert connection are integrated by cast-in-place concrete.
