This cumulative breaking current counter has a current detecting circuit A having detecting relays Lr1-Lrn corresponding to a plurality of current detecting ranges, in which all relays Lr1-Lrn in a current detecting range or less containing breaking current of a detecting object are operated; a plurality of counter circuits B installed according to a plurality of current detecting ranges; and a control circuit CON for operating the counter circuit B corresponding to the current detecting range in which breaking current is contained, by responding to the relays operating in the current detecting range in which breaking current is contained.
