PURPOSE: To make it possible to produce cup-housed heat-processed confection at a low cost using the lowest craft paper by temporarily fixing a part giving side wall part wound in cylindrical vessel form and blank of paper cup giving bottom sheet, packing confection material in the interior thereof and integrally binding the material to the cup.

CONSTITUTION: A material element prepared as a developing diagram of paper cup containing prescribed overlap width is wound to a cylindrical vessel to prepare the side wall part 2 and a bottom sheet 5 giving the bottom of the paper cup is temporarily fixed thereto. Confection material mixture obtained by adding oil and fat content to wheat flour and sugar used as main ingredients and kneading the mixture with water are packed and heated to prescribed temperature and integrated with the paper cup to provide the cup-housed and heat-treated confection.
