PURPOSE: To provide a cup for separating the yolk and white of an egg with high separation performance at high speeds without breaking the yolk and capable of increasing the collection rate of whites.

CONSTITUTION: An egg yolk and white separation cup which is funnel-shaped and has a bottom surface 1a suitable for containing one egg yolk, which receives the yolk and white falling from a broken eggshell and separate them, wherein a holder 2 which holds the cup 1 to an egg splitter on the external side of one side, a generally U-shaped main outlet 3 for white which connects the lower end of a parallel opening side edges 3a, 3b leading to a position slightly below the height of egg yolk from the upper end is formed in the side wall 1b in a symmetrical position in a radial direction of the holder 2. Subsidiary outlets 4, 4 for whites are formed at the level of the main outlet for whites on the side of holder 2 of the cup 1 and in the side wall of the rear in the moving direction of the cup.
