PURPOSE: To simplify dead water processing by agitating hot water and material powder so as to prepare a drink, opening an electromagnetic valve prior to the driving of a pump at the time of starting hot water feeding, closing the valve prior to the stop of the pump at the time of stopping the hot water feeding.

CONSTITUTION: In order to inject hot water from a hot water feeding circuit into a cup 11, the electromagnetic valve 8 is opened at first, hot water flows into the pump 9 by the head of a hot water tank 1 and then the pump 9 is driven. Then pressed hot water is injected into the cup 11 and material powder 12 is agitated by a circulating flow or the like. In the case of stopping the pressed hot water, the pump 9 is stopped with priority and then the valve 8 is closed, so that the residual of much hot water in the pump 9 can be prevented.
