Abstract:
To provide a new curable composition freely controlled in its optical anisotropy, and to provide a film useful as an optical compensation sheet and the like.
The curable composition comprises inorganic particulate adsorbed with molecules having an absorptive group to the inorganic particle and a group forming a core part of the liquid crystalline compound, preferably the curable composition further contains curable materials. Films formed by curing the curable composition and films having a layer formed by curing the curable composition are provided.
