Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition that can give a cured film having high hardness even when cured at a low temperature and excellent in suppressing changes in a relative permittivity after exposed under high temperature and high humidity conditions, a cured film obtained by curing the above curable composition and a production method of the cured film, and an organic EL display device, a liquid crystal display device, a touch panel and a touch panel display device having the cured film.SOLUTION: The curable composition comprises an ethylenically unsaturated compound as a component A, a polymerization initiator as a component B, a block isocyanate compound as a component C, and an organic solvent as a component D. The component A comprises a urethane (meth)acrylate having 5 or more functional groups, in which the content of the urethane (meth)acrylate having 5 or more functional groups is a specific percentage, and the urethane (meth)acrylate having 5 or more functional groups comprises a specific urethane (meth)acrylate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
