To obtain a curable liq. resin compsn. which has a low viscosity, is excellent in applicability, and gives a cured item excellent in durability, esp. hardly colored by heat or light.

This resin compsn. contains a urethane (meth)acrylate having structural units represented by the formula and is obtd. by reacting a polyol, a diisocyanate, and a hydroxylated (meth)acrylate.
