Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable polyorganosiloxane composition for forming a cured coating film having a low viscosity, good coating properties without a solvent, high hardness, excellent scratch resistance or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a curable polyorganosiloxane composition which comprises (B1) 0.0001 to 20 pts.mass of a condensation reaction curing catalyst and (B2) 0.001 to 10 pts.mass of a photoreaction initiator as an ultraviolet-curing catalyst based on (A) 100 pts.mass of a polyorganosiloxane mixture containing (A1) 20 to 95 pts.mass of an alkoxy group-containing polyorganosiloxane having a three-dimensional network structure having one or more (meth)acryloxy alkyl groups and two or more alkoxy groups and an Mw of 2000 to 100000 and (A2) 80 to 5 pts.mass of a polyorganosiloxane having an alkoxy group and/or a (meth)acryloxy alkyl group and a viscosity (23°C) of 3 to 500 mPa s.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
