Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the title composition possessing curability by condensation and ultraviolet curability, by mixing two specified polyorganosiloxanes with an organosilicon compound, a condensation catalyst and an organic peroxide at a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. polyorganosiloxane (A) having at least two Si-bonded hydroxyl or hydrolyzable groups in the molecule and a viscosity at 25 deg.C of 10-1000000cSt is mixed with 0-2000 pts.wt. polyorganosiloxane (B) having at least two Si-bonded alkenyl groups and a viscosity at 25 deg.C of 10-1000000cSt, 0.5-20 pts.wt. organosilicon compound (C) having more than two Si-bonded hydrolyzable groups on an average per molecule (e.g., methyltrimethoxysilane), 0-10 pts.wt. condensation catalyst (D) and 0.1-5 pts.wt. organic peroxide (E) in such amounts that at least 0.01mol% of the total Si-bonded organic groups are alkenyl groups.
